岗位职责

1. 承担面向北美地区国际汉语教育创新项目经理的管理职责，领导项目团队进行市场开拓、客户需求挖掘、技术支持、项目实施、项目质量控制、项目验收、售后服务、项目收款等工作；主要包括：“国际汉语教师”、语言培训类项目、HSK考试培训项目的运营管理等；

2. 根据北美国际汉语教育市场的实际需求，进一步开发组织落地国际汉语教育创新项目；

3. .挖掘海内外教育机构的培训需求，并根据需求为客户设计、定制培训课程，具备课程资源整合的能力；

4. 全方位推广、运营项目及衍生产品。

岗位要求

1. 研究生及以上学历，专业不限，国际汉语教育类专业优先；

2. 有国内或海外汉语教学工作或培训经验者优先，具有北美地区实际工作经验者优先；

3. 良好的外语听说读写能力，有海外留学背景优先考虑；

4. 能胜任在压力下工作，永远保持积极的态度，必要时配合加班和出差。

5. 优秀的语言组织和表达能力，有一定的项目管理能力，培训控场能力，沟通、协调能力强；

6. 会使用视频、图像处理工具、运营微信公众号、制作精美PPT等技能者优先。

市场部助理

岗位职责

1. 分析以往和当前的全套营销策略，并利用美国K-16 教材的营销活动衡量作为第二语言市场的汉语教学；

2. 领导项目研究和管理，包括制定适当的研究计划，对 K-16 学校的教学需求、要解决的活动问题、设计和领导区域市场的项目执行进行深入的区域营销研究，并根据消费者的活动进行分析；参与调查研究和统计分析；

3. 通过结构化的销售数据库和历史营销分析数据，评估和分析教学语言产品在北美和亚洲市场的中文沉浸式课程的表现；

4. 领导和指导数字营销项目，设定优化的 KPI 和 ROI 目标，衡量所有数字广告指标，以保持社交媒体平台的健康状况；通过 Tableau 和数据可视化工具、Hootsuite 等衡量正在进行的数字营销计划的有效性并确定关键影响者；

5. 分析会员数据库中的消费者细分和其他人口统计信息，为产品开发、使用和交叉销售机会提供洞察力，并为营销洞察报告初始化地理信息系统 (GIS)；

6. 操纵和挖掘公司多个平台的数据和历史销售数据，根据参与模式锁定潜在客户和集群客户，并识别优化营销活动的机会；

7. 基于美国各地各种教学法的普通话教学效率研究，并将结果转化为定量数据，指导新产品的编辑和初始化，并决定新产品的上市时间；

8. 使用不同数据模型分析现场图书展览和网络图书广告的效果；

9. 跟踪和分析网站（www.phoenixtreestore.com）的流量和转化率；通过 Google Analytics 贡献 SEO 审计以增加在线销售；

10. 通过MikeCRM 使用Oracle SQL Developer 和其他数据库工具配置/定制CRM；

岗位要求

1. 需要获得认可的学院/大学的营销分析硕士学位或更高学位。

2. 必须精通中文和英文的书面和交流。

3. 1 年以上的出版物销售和2 年以上的营销研究经验。

4. SAP 系统知识。

5. Microsoft Office 套件的高级知识。

Requirements

• Prior to being hired, a teacher shall have one of the following:

• Twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades, at an accredited or approved college or university; and at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program.  The units specified shall include courses that cover the general areas of child growth and development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum.   A transcript from the approved college/university must verify the coursework.

• A Child Development Supervisors Permit issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development

• Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.

• Mandarin and English fluency is a must for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of Mandarin teaching experience, preferably at the upper elementary or middle school level.

• A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in world languages (Mandarin endorsement), second language acquisition, education, or a related discipline. Teaching certification preferred.

• Understanding of how systematic and institutional barriers affect students' learning experiences and outcomes.

• Sensitivity to issues of bias, racism, prejudice, and stereotyping.

• Understanding of and relevant experience in a variety of current language instructional techniques and methodologies.

• Skills and experience in differentiating instruction.

• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with colleagues, including the desire to plan curriculum experiences across the Middle School.

• Familiarity and facility with current research informing teaching and learning (general classroom instructional methodologies, social and emotional learning, classroom management, learning differences, etc.).
