It’s My Book – Guided Reading in Chinese
 
Level 2 of It’s My Book – Guided Reading in Chinese is designed for Chinese immersion K-8 learners. Like the other levels in the series, Level 2 includes 30 individual storybooks organized into six themes: Individual, Family, School, Social Studies, Animals & Plants, and Nature.
Each story is carefully controlled to include around 100 Chinese characters, with the total text length for each book also kept at approximately 100 characters, making the books manageable while helping young learners steadily expand their reading ability.
 
Level 2 – Individual
This set includes 5 books from the Individual of Level 2 in It’s My Book – Guided Reading in Chinese. These stories focus on children’s understanding of themselves, their feelings, actions, imagination, and personal growth.
Designed for beginning Chinese learners in immersion settings, the books feature controlled vocabulary and short texts of approximately 100 Chinese characters each. The stories help young readers build confidence while exploring familiar topics connected to self-awareness and everyday life.
